Full-day tour exploring the iconic trulli houses of Alberobello and the historic cave city of Matera.

Day 3 – Polignano a Mare + Catamaran (09/16)
Day in Polignano a Mare.
Private catamaran experience along the coast — swim, explore caves, and enjoy drinks on the water.
Dinner in town.

Day 4 – Slow Morning + Monopoli (09/17)
Relaxed morning at the villa (optional Pilates).
Walk into town and spend the day exploring Monopoli and the beach.
Evening cooking experience + dinner at the villa.
Movie night.

Day 5 – Ostuni + Winery (09/18)
Day exploring Ostuni, the “White City.”
Winery visit and tasting.

Day 6 – Free Day / Optional Experiences (09/19)
Open day to relax at the villa, beach hop, or explore nearby towns.
Optional group activity (boat day, beach club, or local experience).

Day 7 – Departure (09/20)
Morning coffee and swim.
