DAY 1 — DECEMBER 29

Welcome to Rio de Janeiro

Arrive in Rio and settle into our home for the week. We’ll ease into the trip with a relaxed beach afternoon between Copacabana and Ipanema, fresh juices, sunset views, and our first Brazilian dinner together.

DAY 2 — DECEMBER 30

Iconic Rio

A full day exploring some of Rio’s most famous landmarks and viewpoints. We’ll visit Christ the Redeemer, take in panoramic views from Sugarloaf Mountain, and spend the evening soaking in Rio’s vibrant atmosphere.

DAY 3 — DECEMBER 31

New Year’s Eve in Rio

The most magical night of the year. Spend the day relaxing at the beach before getting ready for Rio’s legendary New Year’s celebration in Copacabana — dressed in white, surrounded by music, fireworks, and millions of people celebrating together on the sand.

DAY 4 — JANUARY 1

Slow Morning & Brazilian Culture

A slower day after New Year’s Eve. We’ll wander through the colorful streets of Santa Teresa, explore local cafés and art, and dive into Brazilian culture with a samba class in the evening.

DAY 5 — JANUARY 2

Joatinga & Transfer to Búzios

Before leaving Rio, we’ll visit Joatinga Beach — one of Rio’s hidden gems surrounded by cliffs and jungle. Then we’ll head up the coast to Búzios, a charming beach town known for its relaxed luxury, beach hopping, and nightlife.

BÚZIOS

DAY 6 — JANUARY 3

Boat Day: Arraial do Cabo & Cabo Frio

A full day on the water exploring some of Brazil’s most stunning coastline. Expect turquoise water, hidden beaches, snorkeling stops, and a full day under the sun.

DAY 7 — JANUARY 4

Beach Hopping & Búzios Nightlife

A relaxed day discovering different beaches around Búzios, stopping for fresh seafood, caipirinhas, and swims throughout the day before one final night out together in town.

• Final night out in Búzios

DAY 8 — JANUARY 5

Departure Day

Slow breakfast, ocean views, and departures home with unforgettable memories from one of the most magical weeks in Brazil.

We’ll spend our days soaking up the sun on the beach, eating incredible Brazilian food, exploring local street fairs and colorful neighborhoods, taking samba classes, and experiencing iconic spots like Christ the Redeemer. Nights will be filled with live music, dancing, and unforgettable moments bringing in the new year together.

What makes this trip especially meaningful is that Brazil is home to me. I’m so excited to share the culture, energy, food, and hidden local spots that make this country so special through the eyes of someone who truly loves it. More than anything, I want this to feel like an authentic and immersive experience — the kind of trip that leaves you feeling inspired, connected, and completely alive.
